و درود خدا بر او فرمود: همانا خدای سبحان روزی فقراء را در اموال سرمایه داران قرار داده است، پس فقیری گرسنه نمی ماند جز به کامیابی توانگران… Amir al-Mu'minin, peace be upon him, said: Allah, the Glorified, has fixed the livelihood of the destitute in the wealth of the rich.…
وَ قَالَ (عليه السلام): إِنَّ اللَّهَ سُبْحَانَهُ فَرَضَ فِي أَمْوَالِ الْأَغْنِيَاءِ أَقْوَاتَ الْفُقَرَاءِ فَمَا جَاعَ فَقِيرٌ إِلَّا بِمَا مُتِّعَ بِهِ غَنِيٌّ وَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَي سَائِلُهُمْ عَنْ ذَلِكَ
Amir al-Mu'minin, peace be upon him, said: Allah, the Glorified, has fixed the livelihood of the destitute in the wealth of the rich. Consequently, whenever a destitute remains hungry it is because some rich person has denied (him his share). Allah, the Sublime, will question them about it.
